Brain Gym

Brain Gym is a major player in the field of Educational Kinesiology, which is based on the theory that intentional movements can have a positive impact on learning. The 26 Brain Gym movements are designed to facilitate learning, coordination, focus, and academic performance by creating new neural pathways in the brain.

Brain Gym is easy to implement into a classroom or athletic routine. These movements range from simple exercises that can be done sitting down to more active exercises that require more range of motion. They can be used as a productive "brain break" in a classroom, or as a way to focus before an athletic event.

These movements are most often utilized by young students and athletes, but are also helpful for adults looking to improve their concentration, reading and writing abilities, organizational skills, and memory.
